Shipping & Policies

GENERAL INFORMATION:

You can Create an Account at any time. This will save your shipping information for future orders as well as your previous purchases information. For security purposes, your credit card information is not saved.

SHIPPING GUIDELINES:

Orders received by 12:00 pm Central Time, Monday – Friday, will ship the same day. All orders will ship no later than the next business day unless we have questions regarding your order. We must have a valid email address so we can contact you if necessary.
If we are out of stock on an item that you have ordered or do not have the quantity or yardage that you have ordered, we will contact you prior to processing your order. We do not backorder items.

We will ship using USPS Priority or UPS ground. We must have a valid street address for either shipper; however USPS Priority can be shipped to a PO Box. We do ship USPS Priority to APO/FPO addresses. We will provide you with a tracking number from either shipper. We must have your email address to provide this service. We are not responsible for shipments that are returned to us if you provided an incorrect/invalid address. Ownership of the product passes to you once the carrier accepts the product from us. Loss or damage that occurs during shipment is your responsibility.

All orders are checked by two people prior to shipping to ensure their accuracy.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

We accept MasterCard, Visa, & Discover. We do not accept checks, money orders, Debit cards, or ship COD
All credit card information is encrypted to insure that your transaction is secure!

SALES TAX:

Orders received from within the state of Texas will have an 8.125% sales tax added. Orders from outside Texas do not incur a sales tax.

PRIVACY POLICY:

All customer information is confidential and is not shared with outside parties. Unless you have chosen to receive emails from us regarding sales, specials, new product, etc., we will not contact you at your email address other than for order processing. Any information that you give us stays with us!

ORDER CANCELLATION FEE:

There will be a $5.00 fee for any order cancelled after the order has been placed but not yet shipped.

RETURN POLICY:

Cut fabrics, books, patterns, kits, embroidery designs, computer software, and sale items are not returnable unless they are defective. Defective items will be replaced with the identical item. Items that are returnable must be in the original packaging, in saleable condition, and have no smoke odor. A RA number must be requested within 3 days of receipt, (according to the carrier delivery records). Please contact us to determine which items in your purchase may be returned. A RA number is required for all returns. Items returned without a RA number will not be accepted. Be sure to email us at customerservice@creativesewingonline.com stating the reason for wanting to return an item and to request a RA number.

RESTOCKING FEE:

There is a 20% restocking fee on returned items. Shipping charges on the original order are not refundable. You are responsible for the return shipping charges. Your refund will be issued once the items have been received by us.
