Training
We have an extensive class schedule. All classroom training is done by Bernina, Brother, and Handi Quilter certified instructors. Basic training is FREE of charge with purchase of your machine at CSC.

All machine training is not the same and we are convinced of the importance of training. For more information view our class schedule.

Financing

We do our best to be price competitive, but we will not lower the price to a point that we cannot provide the services that you deserve. If you try, you will always find someone who will sell you a given product a little cheaper. Everyone knows what their service is worth, and price their products accordingly. Creative Sewing Service Center is an authorized Bernina, Brother, and HandiQuilter Repair Center servicing machines from San Antonio and the surrounding area. There are 2 fully certified technicians who service all brands of machines. These technicians have over 50 years of service experience between them. Machines are repaired on site in our service center and are not removed from the store or shipped off for service.

You will have an itemized listing of your property full disclosure of charges before the service is begun. Should you choose to purchase a machine instead of having a costly repair on an older machine you have the opportunity to select from machines starting at $299.00. You will receive FREE training on all machines purchased at Creative Sewing Center.
